Important Tenant Guidelines for the Residents of Rohtas Plumeria Home

Dear Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents,

The Plumeria Resident Welfare Association (PRWA) would like to remind all residents about the following guidelines regarding tenants:

Tenant Police Verification:

1. All tenants residing in the society must undergo police verification.
2. Flat Owners (Allottees) are required to submit a copy of the tenant’s government-issued ID, along with other necessary documents.
3. Residents must upload a copy of each tenant’s police verification document on the MyGate Application and also submitted to the PRWA office for record-keeping purposes.
4. Failure to comply with the tenant police verification process may result in penalties or legal action.

Process for Online Verification:

Access the Verification Portal:

1. Visit the official Uttar Pradesh Police website: https://uppolice.gov.in/
2. Alternatively, download the UP Cop App from your device’s app store

Navigate to Verification Services:

1. Locate and select “Janhit Sewayen/Citizen Service”
2. Choose “Tenant/PG Verification” from the available options

Account Creation and Application:

1. You will be redirected to a new webpage
2. Create a new account if you don’t have one
3. Select “Apply for Tenant/PG Verification”

Lucknow Police Commissionerate:

Residents under the Lucknow Police Commissionerate jurisdiction may use:

Rental Agreement:

1. Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents renting out their premises must have a valid rent agreement with their tenants.
2. A copy of the rent agreement must be submitted to the PRWA office for record-keeping purposes.
3. Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents must upload a copy of the rent agreement on the MyGate Application.
4. The rent agreement should clearly specify the duration of the tenancy, rent amount, and other relevant terms and conditions.

Multi-Tenant Not Allowed:

1. Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents are strictly prohibited from accommodating multiple tenants in their premises.
2. Each residential unit is meant for a single-family occupation only.
3. Violation of this rule may lead to fines or termination of residency.

Tenant Conduct:

1. Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents are responsible for ensuring that their tenants adhere to the PRWA rules and regulations.
2. Tenants must maintain decorum, cleanliness, and refrain from causing disturbances or nuisance to other residents.
3. Any complaints against tenants will be addressed to the respective residents, who will be held accountable.

Parking and Amenities:

1. Tenants are subject to the same parking regulations as residents.
2. Tenants are entitled to use the common amenities and facilities, provided they follow the established guidelines and rules.

Flat Owners (Allottees)/Residents are requested to cooperate and ensure compliance with these guidelines to maintain a harmonious and well-regulated living environment within the Plumeria Resident Welfare Association.
